These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the free embroidery designs (“Designs”) provided on this website. By downloading or using the Designs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Designs.
2. Copyright and Ownership
All Designs are the intellectual property of Michael Schoder and are protected by Austrian and international copyright laws. The Designs are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
3. Permitted Use
You may:
- Download and use the Designs for personal, non-commercial purposes (e.g., embroidering items for yourself, friends, or family as gifts).
- Print the Designs for your personal use.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not:
- Use the Designs for commercial purposes, including but not limited to:
- Selling, mass-producing, or monetizing items created from the Designs.
- Using the Designs in any business, advertising, or promotional activities.
- Redistribute, resell, or share the Designs or PDF files in any format (digital or physical).
- Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Designs without explicit written permission from Michael Schoder.
- Claim ownership or authorship of the Designs.
5. Liability Waiver
The Designs are provided “as is” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Michael Schoder is not liable for:
- Any damages, injuries, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the Designs.
- Compatibility issues with your embroidery machines, software, or materials.
- Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Designs.
You assume all risk and responsibility for the use of the Designs.
6. Attribution
While not required, we appreciate it if you credit @insideMikesWorld and link to afterworkstitch.com when sharing photos of your finished embroidery projects on social media or other platforms.
7. Termination
Michael Schoder reserves the right to terminate or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Designs after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Vienna, Austria.
